Since Sarath – K.S. Ravikumar combo too is a successful one, the project, if takes off, would create sensation.
However, the circle close to Sarath denies the news on ‘Jaggubhai’. While the sources confirm a new project of Sarath with K.S. Ravikumar, they say that it is not ‘Jaggubhai’.
Whether the new project would be a political subject is yet to be known.

Anjathey Review
Anjathey, another cute movie. Very rarely we do come across such engrossing and engaging entertainer on Tamil screen. Miskin has done extremely well. This story is about two friends. Their roles were swapped suddenly and the chain of events that follow is quite dramatic. Sathyanathan (Narain) and Krupakaran (Ajmal) are sons of police constables living in a police colony. They remain close friends despite having divergent attitudes. Kirpa is trying to become a sub-inspector. He prepares vigourously for the exams and he is maintaining a fit body as well. On the other hand, Sathya is a rowdy and is always humiliated by his father.
After a lot of humiliation, Narain competes for SI selection. There is a twist in the tale when Narain becomes SI and Krupa turns into a rowdy. And after that story moves in an astonishing pace and the climax is the highlight of all. You have a third track in the tale featuring the ruthless criminal gang led by Velu (Pandiyarajan) and Daya (Prasanna). The enthralling hunt of the police in search of the dreaded criminals and the emotional story of the two friends are entwined with each other to provide us a gripping movie. PMK's protest
PMK is a rare kind of political party in Tamil Nadu. We have many parties floated and run by film personalities. In fact most of the parties have strong connections with Tamil film world. PMK, however, chooses to be different. This is one of the few parties that is always critical on films.
The party launched a campaign against English titles in Tamil films a couple of years back. Then everyone joined the debate and eventually TN Govt had announced a concession to the films with Tamil titles. Now we have all movies in Tamil, thanks to the debate initiated by PMK and Liberation Panthers.
The party leader Dr. Ramadoss is known for his uncompromising and sharp comments on various issues. He doesn’t mince words when he chooses to criticize something. It was evident when he launched an attack over smoking on screen.
Now the warrior is up against the “obscenity” in Tamil films. Yesterday (February 13) the Women wing of the party staged a demonstration in Chennai against portraying women in “obscene” manner in films and TV channels.
Whether this stir would become a big issue is yet to be seen.
Meanwhile, Dr Ramadass has shown some interest in a Tamil film that has a theme on Tamil nationalism. Thamilselvan, a film institute student is set to direct a film titled ‘Thamizh Thesam’. When he met the leader and explained about his film, the doctor gave a proscription regarding the title. He made a grammar correction in the title by suggesting to add a letter (‘th’) in between the two words to conjunct the two words smoothly.
