Yogi B is Back

After the hit song, 'Engeyum epothum' from the movie 'Pollathavan', the Malaysian born Indian pop star is set to make a come back again. This time he is all set to pair up with Vijay in the latest movie, 'Kuruvi'. The information about whether this is another re make song or not is yet to be released and the shooting for this one is set to begin in the later part of May. Hope it turns out to be another big hit.

Perarasu back with a bang

After directing great block buster hits like 'Pazhani', 'Thirupachi', 'Sivakasi', 'tirupathi' and 'Dharmapuri', Perarasu has come up with a new venture, 'Thiruthani.' He still has the strange fondness of keeping the name of the place as the movie's title. Perarasu planned to do this venture with Bharath but he is having a hand full of offers so the ace director has to think of other options. Perarasu has allegedly approached Marudhamalai's hero, Action king, Arjun. Reports suggest that the title of the movie might just change (to another location possibly).

Aandal Azhagar

We are all aware that Vijaykanth's marriage hall and his engineering college are named as 'Aandal Azhagar' but only a few of us know that these names are actually his parents' names. He is having a desire of making his own film in this name so that it would be a tribute to his parents. But unfortunately, there is already film called 'Aandal Azhagar' in the making. This film does not have huge star cast and reputition. Director Magadurai is making it with relatively new faces. There are no protests from captain's side because these are the names of Gods worshiped widely in Madurai. Vijaykanth might feel that this film could also be a tribute to his parents.
